Discovery Picnic Grounds near the intersection of Route 22 and Milwaukee Avenue. This ten-acre facility is well suited to groups of 100 to 700. It features an Olympic-size swimming pool, soccer field, sand volleyball, tennis court, children's playground, basketball court, sporting areas, and a beautiful pavilion with picnic tables.

Tamarak Picnic Grounds in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This is a densely wooded, ten-acre facility for groups of 50 to 350. It is conveniently situated across the street from the Marriott Lincolnshire. Its facilities include tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool, playgrounds, abundant sporting areas, tetherball, and a modern pavilion with picnic tables.

Decoma Picnic Grounds is located in Northbrook, Illinois with very convenient access from IL-294 at the Willow Road exit. Decoma is the perfect venue for groups of 100-450, but could accommodate more if bussing is utilized. The tree-lined grounds offer a lot of shaded area with picnic tables, immaculate restrooms and shower facilities and ample parking. Attractions include wonderful open sporting areas, sand Volleyball, 9-hole miniature golf, a swimming pool, a children's playground, basketball and tennis courts, horseshoes and tetherball.

North Bay Pavilion, the rustic outdoor event setting, is situated on scenic North Bay at Independence Grove in Libertyville, Illinois. Independence Grove is located approximately 2.5 miles west of IL-294 at the IL-137 exit, in north suburban Libertyville. This striking cedar pavilion and adjacent open area is perfect for a corporate picnic, outdoor wedding or any other "lakeside" special event. North Bay Pavilion, which can accommodate 50-500 guests, offers its own parking lot, picnic tables, stone fireplace and sand volleyball, fishing pier, bicycle, hiking, roller blading and jogging trails. There is ample open area to bring in tons of amusements and entertainment. For an additional charge, your guests may access the beautiful swimming beach and have use of the pedal boats on the lake.

The Grassy Knoll is located north of the IG Café and on the eastern shore of the lake. Its close proximity to the beach and boats, and the great expanse of open area makes it perfect for all the activities craved by your guests at a company or family picnic. (We do recommend renting a tent for this area.)

Good Times Picnic Grounds is located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, just off of I-94 north of the 894 Milwaukee bypass. The grounds can comfortably accommodate 100-500 guests. Good Times has 2 phenomenal Swimming Pools set in a "waterpark-style". One Pool is zero-depth with Sprayers and fun, colorful attractions for the little ones, and the other has a great frog slide. The lush, green grounds contain sufficient parking, sand volleyball, soccer field, basketball court, baseball diamond, modern playground, clean, contemporary locker rooms and a 2700 square foot tent with 25 picnic tables. Overlooking the pools is a great stage area with seating on a hill.

The Fel Pro RRR Center is located in Cary, Illinois with very convenient access from IL-294 at the Route 22 exit or IL-90 at the Barrington Road exit. Heavily wooded and located at the base of rolling hills, these grounds are the perfect venue for groups of 150-500, but could accommodate more if bussing is utilized. The grounds offer much shaded area with a wood pavilion and a beautiful green and white canvas tent, picnic tables, clean restrooms with lockers and shower facilities and ample parking. Attractions include wonderful open sporting areas, basketball courts, baseball and/or soccer field, volleyball court and a beautiful large swimming pool accompanied by a child's wading pool.

UIC Picnic Grounds, with a spectacular view of the Chicago skyline, is conveniently located just west of the Loop, fully accessible to public transportation. The grounds are completely fenced in, and feature 3 Sand Volleyball Courts, 6 Tennis Courts, Collegiate Baseball and Softball Diamonds with stands and dugouts and a regulation soccer field. In addition, there are huge grassy areas for entertainment, activities and music, and a path for bicycling, roller-blading or jogging. The grounds are available for the entire summer, morning until evening for events ranging from 100-1000 guests.

Vasa Park, located in Elgin, Illinois, along the Fox River, offers 28 acres of beautifully maintained picnic grounds with ample picnic tables, pavilion, indoor restrooms, playgrounds, athletic fields and parking. Vasa Park is available for groups of 75-7000 guests and is available seven days a week from sunrise until dusk.

Chicago Field House, our in-the-city, indoor picnic and playground spot is located two blocks east of the expressway at the Fullerton exit. This venue offers 55,000 square feet of air-conditioned space with a unique combination of sports courts that can be utilized for basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, indoor soccer and in-line hockey. In addition to the athletics, there is also plenty of space for inflatables, music, clowns, corporate sports battles, carnivals, olympics and tournaments. The immense amount of space places very few limits on what can be done.

Joe's, located on Weed Street in Chicago is another great spot for an Indoor/Outdoor Picnic or Summer Event. The large beer garden, which can be set with tables and chairs, tented or used for entertainment options, makes this an exciting venue in combination with a very large indoor sports bar with pool tables, arcade games, band stage and "tons" of open area. This location can accommodate 100-1000 guests using the inside and outside areas.
