Instructions for the
Completing Your Picnic Planner

• Please complete as much detail as possible. And, note that in certain fields or boxes specific information is being asked for (i.e. dates, times, numbers, email address, etc.).
  
  
• There is also a box to "Call Before Sending Contract". Check this box, if you would like to speak with our staff before finalizing your picnic plan.

• There is a section at the bottom of the form called "Other Requests", if you have special instructions or a specific request for your picnic please enter that information here.
  
  
• When you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button and you're done!
